Yoga therapy is a form of integrative healthcare that uses the principles and practices of yoga to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves working one-on-one with a qualified yoga therapist who tailors a customised program of yoga practices, including physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation, to meet the individual needs and goals of the client.

After a diagnosis, surgery, or a major health experience like cancer, everything changes—not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and in every part of life. The way you relate to your body, your thoughts, your relationships, your work, and your sense of self is often completely shifted.
There is no “old version” to return to. That version has moved through something profound.
What I see in the people I work with is very simple underneath everything else:
they just want to feel a little better. A little more at ease. A little more like themselves again in this new reality.
This is where we meet.
My approach is gentle and practical. I support you in small, realistic steps that can be integrated into your daily life—not as something more to do, but as ways to soften how you move through what you are already carrying.
At the centre of this work is nervous system regulation. Because what you’ve been through doesn’t only live in the body—it lives in your whole system. It affects your emotions, your mind, your energy, your sense of safety, your relationships, and how you move through the world.
So instead of trying to “fix” anything or add pressure, we focus on creating space. Space to breathe. Space to slow down. Space to feel what is actually here, without needing to change it immediately.
From there, something new becomes possible.
Not a return to who you were—but a gentle meeting with who you are now.
A version of you that is learning how to live with what has changed, and slowly, step by step, begin to feel more steady, supported, and connected again.
This is not about doing more.
This is about coming back into relationship with yourself—exactly as you are today.

Either 1:1 or with a Buddy, enjoy a therapeutic Yoga practice with movement, breath work and meditation. After an initial session, the practice will be tailored to your needs.
